Refund policy
We're sorry you didn't like your new product! We want you to enjoy your experience with Tumaoro as much as possible, which is why we're here to help. Simply email us at info@tumaoro.com within 30 days of receiving your package with your order number, the name of the product, and why the product didn't work for you.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your original shipping/handling fees, and we do not offer exchanges on any products. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, failure to pick up the order, or any other error on your part, we will charge you for shipping costs before re-issuing or refunding your order.
Tumaoro only accepts returns for products purchased on our website (www.tumaoro.com).
Q - Can I exchange my product?
Within 30 days of purchase, please email info@tumaoro.com with your order number and full name and we will be happy to help you!
Q - How long does it take to receive a refund?
You should receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, but in many cases you'll receive it sooner. This time period includes the shipping time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5-10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3-5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days).
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return we'll notify you, and you'll automatically be refunded to your original form of payment within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
